Our Commitment to You
At SASHA Business Growth, we believe in delivering measurable results. That’s why every program we offer comes with our 10× ROI Service Guarantee. If you don’t achieve a return on investment at least ten times your program fees, we will continue working with you at no extra charge until you do.
This guarantee reflects our confidence in the systems and strategies we implement—and our commitment to making sure you win.
How the Guarantee Works
1. What “10× ROI” Means

ROI = (Incremental Gross Profit attributable to the engagement) ÷ (Fees paid to SASHA Business Growth)

Incremental Gross Profit is measured as:
(Gross Profit after engagement) − (Baseline Gross Profit at onboarding).
Tracking is done through mutually agreed reports (e.g., revenue, margins, CRM data, campaign results).
2. When You Qualify
You’re eligible for the guarantee if:

You complete the program and implement the agreed strategies and processes.

You share required data and attend scheduled reviews.

All program fees are paid in full.
3. Exclusions (to keep it fair)

Force majeure events (e.g., regulatory bans, lockdowns).

Activities outside legal/ethical business practices.

Major deviation from agreed strategies without our consent.

Non-payment or prolonged inactivity (>30 days) not caused by us.
4. What Happens If 10× ROI Isn’t Achieved

You notify us at support@sasha.co.in at the end of the program.

We review your case within 15 business days.

If eligible, you enter the No-Cost Continuation Plan until the 10× ROI threshold is reached.
The free-service remedy ends when 10× ROI is achieved or when exclusions apply.
Billing Errors & Duplicate Payments
In the unlikely event of duplicate or erroneous charges:

We will refund the full amount to your original payment method.

Refunds are initiated promptly, but may take 5–7 business days (sometimes longer, depending on your bank/payment provider).
Taxes & GST Treatment
For any monetary refund (billing errors, duplicate payments, pre-service cancellations):

A GST credit note/refund voucher will be issued.

Refunds are processed on the gross amount paid, in line with Section 34 of CGST law and CBIC guidance.
Pre-Service Cancellations
If you withdraw within 48 hours of payment and before any work has begun, you may request cancellation.

In this case, a full refund (minus any administrative/processing fees) will be processed.

Once program work has started, the Service Guarantee applies (not cash refunds).
Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
We always aim for amicable resolution. If required, any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
